Summary
The Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front of JKLF for short, is a pro-Kashmiri-independence political organisation working to end the foreign administration and rule in Greater Kashmir from all states which hold parts of the aforementioned territory. Those states being: India, China and Pakistan.
They're an older group, one of the founders of the modern armed resistance movements of Kashmir in the late 1980s.
The JKLF once consisted of two major factions, an armed wing and a political wing however their armed faction/wing, the JKNLA, no longer exists today due to being basically decimated by both states of Pakistan and India. Both factions stem from the original singular organisation that came into being in June 1976.
The JKLF faction who still exists today fights for their cause using non-violent, political means.
Main Objectives
The JKLF wish to reconstitute the territory that is currently split between a number of foreign states, into a new singular state which would bring back native rule to the region.
Further Information
